Membership holders of Antwerp ZOO and Planckendael ZOO must make an online reservation free of charge before the visit date. They must show their valid membership card and the reservation at the entrance on the day of their visit.
Children under 3 years old but taller than 1 meter must also present a valid ZOO membership card. You can obtain this card from the Antwerp ZOO or Planckendael ZOO membership service.
